Our lead times are why we like 5-6 months planning to achieve the best results for your clients. Come to us in around June and discuss what you want. Our reasons are it takes time to produce bespoke quality.

• If you would like a bespoke soap, we need 2 months to make, cure and package your soap.
• If you would like a bespoke candle, we need at least a month to manufacture and test.
• If you wish a bespoke item made with out ecologically kind cement, like our tealight holders, trays and EcoJar container, we need 3 weeks to make, cure and package our EcoJars.
  
• We also need around 2 weeks ordering time for the materials and containers, and 2 weeks ship[ping time to you of the finished product.
• If choosing items from our existing product, which is what most people choose to do, we can only supply the volume of the product currently available and will advise quantities.

Milestones are agreed to at the end of the process but are generally:-

• Prior to ordering, we require a materials deposit of the full cost of the materials. This is not refundable if you pull out of the agreement.
• The balance of the cost and freight is to be paid before despatch.
• Freight is the full cost of shipping via Australia Post, or mileage to be delivered to you.
• Mileage for Nashama Equine customers is not charged if delivery is in conjunction with a horse visit.

Allergens:- As a primarily Paleo soapery, our soap is grain-free and highly processed oil free with all ingredients sourced from minimal chemical load locations. Our soaps typically contain organic coconut oil, RSPO (certified sustainable) palm oil, Olive oil, Australian kaolin clay, organic castor oil, organic Apricot kernel OR organic Sweet Almond oil, kaolin clay, natural  micas, sodium hydroxide, our own distilled bore water from out local aquifer on top of the Great Dividing Range. Some soaps may contain organic butters of Mango Seed, Cocoa and Shea. We only make two goat's milk soaps so our soapery is generally dairy, gluten and vegan friendly. We use only Pthalate-free fragrance and certified child exploitation free micas. Our premium essential oils are used at 1-2% so are LOW FRAGRANCE as they are made to suit people who are unable to cope with highly scented products.
