Nashama Wellness Shop

Nashama Wellness has been restocking after the Christmas rush.

Currently curing in the Soap Cave and ready in mid-February 2026 are:-

Restocks:-

·     Cool Water for Men (Type);

·     Black Raspberry & Vanilla;

·     Tobacco & Bay Leaf for Men

2026 Limited Edition Soaps:-

·     The “naughty child,” Wild Hibiscus, has turned out well;

·     Ocean Breeze;

·     Beach House;

·     Dragon’s Blood;

·     Sandalwood and Vanilla;

·     Lemon Peel (love the patterning I achieved with this one with glycerine rivers);

·     Apple Cinnamon;

·     Galactic Skies;

·     Rose Gold; and;

·     Crystal Waters.

On the test bench I am making a foray into Paleo, natural, healthy make-up. It has taken me a long time, but I have so many irritations with additives like rice flour, I am doing my research.

I have a new OKTEO cotton shawl on the crochet hook with my own pattern. Each piece is unique and made as a one-off, so once it’s sold, it’s gone.

Nashama Qigong

While teaching, sadly, is not an option with my current job, this month the study has concentrated on refining Tao Yin, stress reduction and longevity. Next month will be thyroid.

Nashama Equine & Canine

Glen still has a few openings in his schedule left for new clients with the retirement of some of his oldest clients from horse and donkey ownership, including those in the Junee and Wagga Wagga areas.

Farm Life

The hardest part of having animals for life is losing them. RIP Delfire.

Until next month!

Julia & Glen
